Maro Ocean Guardian

Maro is an ocean guardian concept character design who is unique and different compared to other ocean guardians like Aquaman and Poseidon. Maro is part fish and part human, but shares more qualities of fish than human. He lives underneath the ocean floor in caves, which causes him to resonate with other deep sea fish like the bioluminescent glow of his tail and markings, plus the resemblance of an angler fish from the angler light on his head. He’s powerful, beautiful, but also terrifying.
